To-do board

It reads the to-dos of every project from the notes vault, never writing to it, and keeps household tasks in D1 with phone reminders and a mirror in Home Assistant. Nuxt 4 on a Worker, behind Cloudflare Access.

There are two sources and each one rules its own ground. Project to-dos live in the vault, the one place every working session can see, and the extractor only reads them: it does not even run `git status` in the repos, because that creates an `index.lock` while another session may be working there. Household tasks live in D1, and Home Assistant mirrors them through a once-a-minute cron, sending each list only the fields it accepts.
